Before you call
- No calls coming in? Check your internet connection and that your desk phone or app shows as registered.
- Poor call quality? Try a wired connection, move closer to the Wi-Fi router, or pause large downloads.
- Need to change routing or opening hours? Most changes can be made in the online portal, or we can do it for you.
Reporting a fault
Tell us the number affected, what is happening and when it started. If calls are not getting through, we can divert them to a mobile while we investigate.
