How porting works
Tell us which numbers you want to move and we request the transfer from your current provider. Your existing service keeps working until the agreed switch date, then calls start arriving on your VoIPer system.
Simple ports usually take a couple of weeks. Multi-line and ISDN numbers can take longer.

Should I cancel my old service first?
No. Cancelling before the port completes can lose the number. We tell you when it is safe to cancel.
Is there downtime?
